Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance Amount:The advance amount paid at the time of booking is **strictly non-refundable** under all circumstances.

Cancellation:Refund eligibility will be calculated on the remaining eligible amount after deduction of the non-refundable advance and any applicable non-refundable expenses.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation:Your seat will be confirmed only after receipt of the required payment. Availability is subject to the number of seats remaining.

Reporting:Travellers must reach their designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the reporting time. The vehicle will not be held for late arrivals.

Itinerary Changes:The itinerary may be changed, modified or rearranged depending on weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions and safety requirements.

Weather Conditions:Bhandardara is a monsoon destination. Water levels, rainfall and road conditions can change rapidly. Certain waterfalls or viewpoints may be closed or skipped if conditions are unsafe.

No Refund for Missed Sightseeing:No refund will be provided for sightseeing locations missed due to weather, traffic, road closures, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

Transportation:The type of vehicle may vary depending on the final group size and operational requirements. Vehicle allocation is at the organiser's discretion.

Food & Meals:Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional food, beverages or personal orders will be at the traveller's own expense.

Personal Belongings:Travellers are responsible for their own luggage, mobile phones, cameras, wallets and other valuables. Dream Escape will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Health & Fitness:Travellers should be physically fit to participate in walking and outdoor activities. Any relevant medical condition, allergy or special requirement should be informed to the organiser before departure.

Safety:Travellers must strictly follow instructions given by the Trip Leader and support team. Entering restricted areas, swimming in waterfalls or reservoirs, and undertaking unsafe activities is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol & Smoking:Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trip.

Child Policy:Children below 5 years can travel free without a separate seat. Any additional seat requirement will be chargeable as per the applicable package.

Behaviour:Any traveller found creating nuisance, damaging property, behaving inappropriately with fellow travellers or staff, or violating safety instructions may be removed from the trip without refund.

Natural & Unforeseen Events:Dream Escape will not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses or additional expenses arising from natural disasters, heavy rainfall, landslides, traffic, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup & Drop:The organiser is responsible for providing transportation between the designated pickup/drop points mentioned in the trip details. Travellers are responsible for reaching the designated pickup point.

Photography & Media:Photos and videos captured during the trip may be used by Dream Escape for promotional and social-media purposes. Travellers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should inform the team in advance.

Final Authority:The Trip Leader's decision regarding itinerary changes, safety and participation in activities will be considered final during the trip.
