Day 2Arrival - Hippie Island

Arrive at Munirabad around noon and transfer to your stay near Hippie Island. After lunch and some freshening up, explore Chintamani Temple & Bala Hanuman Temple, followed by a short hill trek for sunset. End the day with music, dance and dinner at a local café.

Day 3Hampi Heritage Tour

Explore Hampi's iconic heritage sites including Vittala Temple, Stone Chariot, Queen’s Bath, Elephant Stables, Pushkarni, Sasivekalu Ganesha, Virupaksha Temple & Narasimha Temple.

Enjoy a relaxed lunch break, followed by more sightseeing and a beautiful Hampi sunset before dinner.

Day 4Sunrise, Adventure & Return Journey

Start early with a 5:00 AM wake up call and hike up Anjanadri Hill for a spectacular sunrise. After breakfast, head to Sanapur Lake for a coracle ride and cliff jumping.

Return to the stay, freshen up and pack before departing for Munirabad Railway Station. Board 11140 HPT CSMT Express for the return journey.

Train Ticket Status

Dream Escape is not liable for the final status of train tickets, including CNF, RAC or WL. Train tickets will be booked immediately after receipt of the first instalment. Confirmation remains subject to railway availability and allocation.

Changes to Itinerary

Dream Escape reserves the right to alter, modify, reschedule or skip any sightseeing or activity due to emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, operational requirements or disruptive behaviour by participants.

Refunds for Unforeseen Events

In case of unforeseen natural or exceptional events, such as earthquakes, government-imposed lockdowns or similar circumstances occurring within 15 days of the trip, 70% of the total trip amount will be refunded, subject to applicable supplier deductions and non-refundable components.

Sightseeing Delays

Participants are expected to report on time and follow the scheduled itinerary. Delays caused by participants may result in changes to or cancellation of subsequent activities, without entitlement to a refund.

Coordination & Discipline

All participants must cooperate with the trip leader, follow instructions, maintain discipline and coordinate with the group throughout the trip.

No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided if a participant fails to report at the designated pickup point or does not attend the trip on the scheduled date.

Safety & Risk Disclaimer

Dream Escape takes reasonable measures to ensure participant safety. However, travel involves inherent risks, including road travel, transportation, weather conditions, terrain and other unforeseen circumstances. Participants acknowledge these risks and must follow all safety instructions provided by the trip leader.

Public Holidays & Festivals

Itinerary changes may occur during public holidays, festivals, local events or due to restricted access. If any sightseeing location is closed or inaccessible for such reasons, Dream Escape will not be responsible for the closure.

Transportation & Logistics

Transportation arrangements may vary depending on the final group size and operational requirements. Vehicles may include 7-seater vehicles, 11-seater Tempo Travellers or 20-seater buses, as applicable. Dream Escape will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable transportation for the group.

Accommodation & Facilities

Accommodation will be provided as per the package details. Participants should not expect luxury facilities unless specifically mentioned in the package. Guests are expected to cooperate with fellow travellers and follow hotel/property rules.

Respect & Harassment Policy

All participants must respect the personal space, privacy and boundaries of fellow travellers, trip leaders, staff and local communities. Harassment, inappropriate behaviour, intimidation or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Risk Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the trip, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel, transportation, outdoor activities, weather and natural surroundings. Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and taking reasonable care of themselves and their belongings.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled trip date. Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Consent for Media Usage

By participating in the trip, participants consent to Dream Escape capturing and using photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, advertisements and other communication channels.

Opt-Out from Media Usage

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content should inform the Dream Escape team in writing before the trip.
