Booking Agreement

By submitting a deposit, confirming a travel reservation, or joining any Dream Escape tour or trek, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• Confirmation: A booking is officially reserved once the designated deposit or full trip payment has been received and confirmed via email or WhatsApp invoice.
• Inclusions: Inclusions (meals, permits, guide fees, tents, and transport) are specifically detailed within each trip itinerary. Unlisted personal expenses, flights, and travel insurance remain the participant's responsibility.
• Balance Payments: Any remaining tour balance must be cleared prior to trip briefing or departure.

2. Physical Fitness & Personal Safety

• High Altitude & Strenuous Trails: Treks and adventure expeditions require good physical fitness and endurance. Trekkers are responsible for assessing their physical capability.
• Pre-existing Health Conditions: You must notify the team in advance of any respiratory conditions, heart ailments, severe allergies, or regular medications.
• Trek Leader Authority: The lead guide or expedition leader holds complete authority on the trail. Their decisions regarding route adjustments, pace, or turning back in adverse weather are binding for group safety.
• Substance Policy: Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or smoking on active trail segments is strictly prohibited.

3. Route Adjustments & Force Majeure

• Weather & Environmental Disruptions: Mountains and trails are dynamic. Dream Escape reserves the right to alter itineraries, camps, or routes in response to landslides, blizzards, floods, road blocks, or local government decrees.
• Incidental Costs: Dream Escape is not liable for indirect costs incurred due to natural delays, such as missed external train or flight connections.

4. Eco-Conscious Travel Code

• We enforce a strict Leave-No-Trace policy. All personal plastic and non-biodegradable waste must be brought back to base camp for proper disposal.
• Respect local village customs, wildlife habitats, and sacred mountain shrines at all times.
