Cancellation & Refund Policy

7 days or more before the event:75% of the booking amount will be refunded.

4–6 days before the event:50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Within 3 days of the event:No refund will be provided.

No-show or late arrival:No refund will be provided.

Weather & Natural Calamities:No refund will be provided in case of cancellation or modification caused by heavy rainfall, natural calamities, landslides, roadblocks, government restrictions, forest department restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

Booking Confirmation:A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.

Reporting Time:Participants must reach their selected pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Itinerary Changes:The organizer reserves the right to modify, alter, skip, or reschedule any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, trail conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Safety:Participants must strictly follow the instructions provided by trek leaders, guides, drivers, and coordinators throughout the trip.

Personal Responsibility:Participants join the trek at their own risk and are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own safety and belongings.

Fitness:Participants should ensure that they are physically fit enough to participate in a 7–8 KM jungle trek involving uneven, slippery and potentially challenging terrain.

Medical Information:Participants should inform the trek leader or organizer about any relevant medical condition, allergy, medication requirement, or physical limitation before starting the trek.

Weather Conditions:Monsoon treks involve slippery trails, streams, waterfalls and unpredictable weather. Participants must follow all safety instructions and avoid taking unnecessary risks.

Prohibited Activities:Alcohol, smoking, drugs, intoxicating substances, reckless behaviour, and activities that may endanger the participant or others are strictly prohibited.

Environmental Responsibility:Participants must not litter or damage the natural environment. Everyone is expected to respect the forest, wildlife, local communities and local culture.

Personal Belongings:The organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.

Additional Expenses:Any expenses arising due to medical emergencies, personal requirements, extended stays, transportation disruptions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the participant.

Discipline:Misconduct, abusive behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, local residents, drivers, guides, or trek leaders may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

Entry & Government Charges:Forest entry fees, permits, government charges, or other mandatory fees are excluded unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.

Transportation:Pickup and drop timings are approximate and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other operational circumstances.

Acceptance:By making a booking, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the itinerary, cancellation policy, terms and conditions, and safety guidelines.
