4–7 days before the event: 50% refund, provided cancellation is notified through a phone conversation.
Less than 3 days before the event:No refund.
No-show: No refund.
Date transfers:Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
Name transfers:Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
Organizer cancellation:Refund limited to the trek amount, as stated by the organizer.
Natural calamity, political unrest or government restrictions: An alternative activity may be offered; no refund is promised under the supplied policy.

Terms & Conditions

Trekking is an adventure activity; participants are responsible for their own fitness and personal safety.
A valid identity card is mandatory.
Smoking, alcohol consumption and chewing tobacco are prohibited during the trek.
Participants must follow the trek leader's instructions and stay with the group.
Do not litter, disturb wildlife or venture onto unmarked trails.
Slippers, flip-flops and loose sandals are unsuitable for the trek.
Organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary.
Boat transfers, forest access and trekking schedules are subject to permissions, weather and local operating conditions.
The booking is confirmed after the required advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before the trek starts.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the published cancellation policy.
