Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests:Cancellations will be considered only if the request is received before the scheduled arrival date. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email. Applicable cancellation charges will be calculated from the date the cancellation request is received.

Advance Payment:All advance payments are non-refundable.

20 or More Days Before Arrival:No cancellation charges will apply. However, the advance payment remains non-refundable.

15–19 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total tour/package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Within 14 Days of Arrival:No refund will be provided.

No-Show: Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point or accommodation without prior cancellation will result in 100% cancellation charges. No refund will be provided.

Important Note:Cancellation charges apply to the total tour/package cost unless otherwise specified in the booking terms. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Terms & Conditions

Train Ticket Status:DREAM ESCAPE is not liable for the final status of train tickets (CNF/RAC/WL). Train tickets will be booked immediately after receipt of the first instalment. Ticket confirmation remains subject to railway availability and allocation.

Changes to Itinerary:The trip leader reserves the right to alter, modify, reschedule, or skip any sightseeing or activity in the event of emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, operational requirements, or disruptive behaviour by participants.

Refunds for Unforeseen Events:In case of unforeseen natural or exceptional events, such as earthquakes, government-imposed lockdowns, or similar circumstances occurring within 15 days of the trip, a refund of 70% of the total trip amount will be provided, subject to applicable supplier deductions and non-refundable components.

Sightseeing Delays:Participants are expected to report on time and follow the schedule. Delays caused by participants may result in changes to or cancellation of subsequent planned activities, without entitlement to a refund.

Coordination & Discipline:All participants are expected to cooperate with the trip leader, follow instructions, maintain discipline, and coordinate with the group throughout the trip.

No-Show Policy: No refund will be provided if a participant fails to report at the designated pickup point or does not attend the trip on the scheduled date.

Safety & Risk Disclaimer:DREAM ESCAPE takes reasonable measures to ensure participant safety. However, travel involves inherent risks, including road travel, transportation, weather conditions, terrain, and other unforeseen circumstances. Participants acknowledge these risks and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the trip leader.

Public Holidays & Festivals:Itinerary changes may occur during public holidays, festivals, local events, or due to restricted access. If any sightseeing location is closed or inaccessible for such reasons, DREAM ESCAPE will not be responsible for the closure.

Transportation & Logistics:Transportation arrangements may vary depending on the final group size and operational requirements. Vehicles may include 7-seater, 11-seater Tempo Traveller, or 20-seater buses, as applicable. DREAM ESCAPE will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable transportation for the group.

Accommodation & Facilities:Accommodation will be provided as per the package details. Participants should not expect luxury facilities unless specifically mentioned in the package. Guests are expected to cooperate with fellow travellers and follow hotel/property rules.

Respect & Harassment Policy:All participants are expected to respect the personal space, privacy, and boundaries of fellow travellers, trip leaders, staff, and local communities. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, intimidation, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Risk Acknowledgment:By enrolling in the trip, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel, transportation, outdoor activities, weather, and natural surroundings. Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and taking reasonable care of themselves and their belongings.

Payment Terms:Full payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled trip date. Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Consent for Media Usage:By participating in the trip, participants consent to DREAM ESCAPE capturing and using photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, advertisements, and other communication channels.

If a participant does not wish to appear in promotional content, they should inform the DREAM ESCAPE team in writing before the trip.

Are washrooms and stay facilities available?

Yes, clean sanitised washroom facilities and separate stay arrangements for male and female travelers are provided at the campsite/homestay.

What is the food and meal arrangement?

Hygienic local meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with tea/coffee) are freshly prepared and served as per the itinerary.

How do I choose boarding points and train tickets?

You can select your preferred pickup station (e.g. LTT, Thane, Panvel) or package type (Sleeper / 3AC / Base) when submitting your booking enquiry.
